1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 6-8 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
In case of high order volume, shipments may be delayed. If there will be a significant delay in your order, we will notify you via email or phone.
2. Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the selected shipping method.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, along with a tracking number to monitor your package.
4. Damaged or Lost Shipments
We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided during checkout. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate.
5. No Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for shipping-related issues. However, if your product arrives damaged during transit, we will provide a replacement under the following conditions:
- The damage must be reported within **24 hours** of delivery.
- You must provide clear **photos of the damaged product** and **packaging** for authentication.
- Once verified, we will initiate a replacement of the damaged item.
- No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
